Bio
River was born in Baku to a musician parents when they were touring. His parents were bandmates. They decided they were too young to be parents so he was dumped to an orphanage in Glasgow as a baby. When he was seven, he was adopted by a middle-aged couple who wanted to raise a child as their own. His father didn't have any kids but mother had some kids and grandkids.
Cris, his father is a touring musician but he spent every spare time in their home in London. He took his surname short after he was adopted, which comes from his grandparents from Cris's side. He started learning Spanish in the middle school and French later at university. He's not really good at French, though. He speaks Spanish better than most of his uncles and aunts. He enjoys sharing this with his grandparents.
He went to school in London and joined school's basketball and football teams back then. Now, he's a professional player in Glasgow's official teams for both sports. He's also attending university there.
